Warranty Statement

EverStar vision and communiation Ltd. (EverStar) warrants its PoE injector, splitter and surge protector products for ONE (1) year, from date of shipment, against defects in material and workmanship.

 

This warranty does not extend to products which have been opened, altered or repaired by persons other than persons authorized by EverStar or to products which have become defective due to adverse natural events, negligence or the failure of customer to fully follow instructions with respect to installation, application or maintenance. This warranty is extended directly by EverStar to the buyer and is the sole warranty applicable.

 

If a product does not operate as warranted during the applicable warranty period, EvrStar shall reserve the right, at its expense, to repair or replace the defective product or part and deliver an equivalent product or part to the buyers. The repair/replacement unit's warranty continues from the original date of purchase. All products that are replaced become the property of EverStar. Replacement products may be new or reconditioned. EverStar does not issue refunds or credit. Please contact the authorized distributor for their return policies.

 

EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTY, THE MANUFACTURER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

 

As the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty, EverStar at its option, may repair at its factories or at buyers location or replace the non conforming product or issue credit, provided that EverStar inspection establishes the existence of a defect. To exercise this remedy, the buyer must contact EverStar or its authorized distributor, if product was purchased from distributor, for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. Freight charges incurred in returning the defective products to EverStar will be paid by the buyers. Buyer shipping from outside of the Taiwan are responsible for custom charges, including but not limited to, duty, tax, and other fees. Freight of shipping products back to the customer will be paid by Everstar. If the buyer fails to fully comply with the foregoing, buyer shall not be entitled to any claim with respect to such product. The buyer agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property or any other incidental or consequential losses) shall be available to the buyer.

 

Out of Warranty Service:

For products which are out of warranty, please obtain for a RMA number by email. Once the products for repair are received a quote will be generated for their repair. Customer approval and repair cost must be obtained before work is begun in repairing or replacing the products. Shipping costs both to and from the customer are billed to the Customer for products which are out of warranty.
